Two Men Face Charges Regarding Heathrow Alleged Pepper Spray Incident
Two men have been charged following a luggage theft where a substance thought to be pepper spray caused injuries at London's Heathrow Airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, are accused of two robbery charges and charges for administering a noxious substance, according to official statements.
This legal action stems from an probe of an attack at the parking structure at Heathrow's Terminal Three on Sunday. Before the assault occurred, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after getting out of a car park lift, authorities reported.
A young child was caught up in the incident in the event. A total of five individuals required hospital care and were subsequently released.
