Dacoda Nichole Jones, who also did not mention the athlete directly, posted a set of images on Instagram that appeared to show indicators of bodily harm. She stated the person involved was the parent of her kids, and it is known she has kids with the football player, whom the team drafted in the second round.
Police Reports Reportedly Not on File
No official complaints were available in Overland Park, Kansas where the alleged abuse is said to have taken place.
Rice's Prior Off-Field Troubles
Rice missed the initial part of this season following an NFL suspension for his involvement in causing a crash on a Texas roadway that left multiple people hurt. He was given 30 days in jail and probationary supervision after entering a guilty plea to felony charges.
Statistically, he concluded the year with 53 receptions for 571 yards and five TDs as the Kansas City finished 6-11 and failed to qualify for the postseason for the first occasion in a ten-year span.
